The Herrera Family has been coming to me for several years and I have had the pleasure of working watching their sweet kids change every few months. In the past few weeks I’ve been blessed to photograph quite a few newborns including this precious baby girl. This sweet little newborn slept through the entire photo session. Let me first apologize for the blog being down for so long! I have been working on a new senior website that is going to rock! I cant wait to get it up and running! With that came a new blog with bigger images and better design!!

It’s hard to believe yet another year has passed since I last worked with this adorable family at their beautiful home in the Dominion neighborhood. There has been a new addition to the family that arrived on Valentines Day this past year and what an adorable little guy. He was all smiles like his brother! This year was no exception, the two little men had no qualms about being in front of the camera.

I have to start this off by saying that little Hudson (the one with all the curls!) has this look about her that is truly a photographer’s dream. The curls alone will stop traffic but when you add that little grin it just about makes time stand still! Her little brother isnt too shabby himeself–he has that same little grin and smiles with his eyes! Way to go on these 2 mom and dad–they are truly precious gifts and I loved working with you all.

I was honored when I was contacted to see if I might be available to help photography the uber-talented Darcy Jerome’s wedding from Pretty Girl Designs. The event took place at her parents estate in northwestern Wisconsin with every detail carefully planned by Darcy and the team from Mimi Designs. Kevin and Darcy’s wedding day exceeded all expectations and it was such a treat to be a part of such a delightful day. Congratulations you guys!!

Wow–this was so much fun to photograph this Houston wedding! This post is long overdue as this was over the summer! My brother Shane and his wife Kristina make a beautiful couple and the wedding was so amazing! I get calls all the time asking if I will photograph a wedding but I have decided to limit this to a handful a year! They are a lot of fun but a lot of work!!
