Holiday Mini Sessions

Hello all from gorgeous Montana! We left the awful hot San Antonio weather and headed up north to Montana. It is absolutely gorgeous up here–50 degrees at night and a high of 80 during the day!

I wanted to briefly mention that I will only be offering mini sessions this fall for holiday cards. I have too many clients to do full family sessions for everyone so I have decided to offer mini sessions. We will pick 2-3 days to offer mini sessions. These will be 20-30 minute sessions and a custom holiday card of your choice. There will be more details to come, however, if you are interested in being added to the list please send me an email at info@natashatessier.com. There will be a limited number of sessions and it will be on a first come first served basis. If you would prefer a full family session, I will take a limited number of those as well but all holiday shoots will need to be completed by November 15th.

We are off to do a 13 mile bike ride in the mountains! Let’s hope the baby cooperates for us. Darin would not allow me to bring my nice camera (he said we had too many other things to pack with three kids!!) but I will be sharing some off the point and shoot! Have a fabulous day!

I photographed sweet Shelby Anderson from Boerne Champion High School last spring and I never blogged on her! ACK! Sorry Shelby–it must have been the pregnancy brain! We headed out to the new JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country and had so much fun! Shelby was a tennis player for Boerne Champion last year and these were her senior pics! Enjoy!

This was one of my favorite images of her! She is too cute!

Love al the colors of this couch–great fun background!

Love the vintage look to this one. Love the pose–Shelby was a natural!

Parents always love the gorgeous flowers–it is a bit more traditional but still fun!

Love that she plays tennis and brought her racket along for the shoot!

It seems like more and more people are having babies these days and I am loving the chance to photograph all these sweet little ones. Talon is the youngest of four kids that live here in Rogers Ranch! His sweet family welcomed this little one with a rough start. He was in the hospital for several weeks and mom and dad were back and forth between him and the other three at home. Mr Lopez works/owns Lopez Printing (http://www.lopezprint.com/) which is a fabulous printing company here in San Antonio. Check them out!

Little Talon slept the entire time for us and was a perfect little newborn model! The shoot was actually pretty short for a newborn because he was such a great subject! Thank you sweet Lopez family for sharing your little one with me!

Look at this sweet baby boy! Isn’t he just perfect! Welcome little one.

I love my new prop here! This old bucket is perfect! Talon seemed to like it too!

Not sure they come any sweeter than this…

Love his expression in this one. He definitely looks like a Lopez here!! He and his siblings all have a similar look about them–just beautiful!

He liked this pose as well! It was easy for him to hold his head up!

As most of you know I love black and white photographs and portraits. I love the way the images seem timeless over the years and can stay on the wall forever. However, when you have eyes that are this gorgeous, you simply cannot help but editing most of them in color. This is Henry Hess! I have photographed him before when he was 6 months old and had the opportunity to capture him once again this past month for his one year birthday! He is just a doll and those are going to break a lot of hearts! His mom and dad came in from NYC last week and we had a great time on the shoot. This little man was all smiles!

Check out those eyes and the pink lips! Are they the sweetest ever? I also love the beanie that mom chose for the shoot!

He was having so much fun with us and would not stop smiling for the camera! We were all so impressed with him and he thought is was time to play!

I didnt edit many of these in black and white just because you could not see his baby blues but I thought these were cute on the trunk.

Now you can see where he gets those gorgeous eyes! Love this one with both of them smiling for me! He obviously loves his mama!

This was one of my favorites from the entire shoot! He just had the sweetest look on his face and you can tell his is wrapped around daddys little finger!

Every year around the holidays I get the opportunity to meet several new families for their Christmas Photo shoot and Christmas Cards When the Bell family called I knew we would hit it off right away and when they showed up for the shoot I was so excited! The little man in his chunky cable knit sweater and the girl with her sweet dress and purple scarf was a great look! Mom had done an amazing job coordinating all of their clothes and we were able to get some great shots. I took them out to Bracken Village and we spent the morning bouncing from location to location! Riley was so full of personality and she was a great little poser Little Braden (well not soo little) was a chunk! He had a smile that would not quit and boy does he love his daddy! It does help that they are exact clones of each other! I enjoyed photographing your family–your children are precious!

What a beautiful family! Love Riley’s grin and that little guy is too cute!

I love this little collage! It really shows their personalities! Riley is just gorgeous in these and Braden’s grin is so cute!

This is priceless! Mom giving her little man kisses!

This was by far my favorite image from the entire session. I love both of their expressions and you can tell they are in awe of each and mom and dad who were doing a silly dance to get them to smile. Do kids come any cuter than this!?

Father and son–do these two look alike or what?! They had so much fun together throughout the entire session!
