I love documenting kids as they grow! I first photographed Chloe four years ago when she turned one. And now it is her sister Maebry’s turn! Her mom wanting to document her turning one just like we did with her sister. I think it is very important to document these milestones and what better way to do it than with a fun photo session!
Just like her sister, Maebry is full of energy. She loves being silly and having fun! I loved watching Maebry as she followed her big sister around and did everything Chloe did!
Katy, the girls’ mom, and I hit it off right away. She is an amazing decorator and has an amazing eye. I too love to decorate and love seeing Katy’s home and getting inspiration from it. The girls’ rooms are precious and so was the rest of the house.
Some of the images below were taking in Maebry’s room. I love taking photos of kids in their element. Maebry had tons of fun showing me her room and pointing out all her dolls and dress up clothes. The photos of her sitting on her rug reading are some of my favorite!
I hope to continue to watch these girls grow, and I hope to continue to document the very important milestones in their lives!
